Idols Are All Smiles In New Stills For "2017 Idol Star Athletics Championships"
Filming for this year’s “2017 Idol Star Athletics Championships” took place in the Goyang Gymnasium in January. Korea’s most representative idol stars came together to engage in a friendly competition of track and field, archery, rhythmic gymnastics, and aerobic dance. The event is already entering its eighth year.
Though they were busy focusing on their respective competitions and connecting with their fans, the idols didn’t forget to pose for the camera for some adorable behind-the-scenes shots to commemorate the event.
The staff of the event were busy running around the venue to capture these “eye contact” moments, and everyone looks like they had a great time!
MBC’s “Lunar New Year Special 2017 Idol Star Athletics Championships – Track and Field, Archery, Rhythmic Gymnastics, Aerobics” will air on January 30. The first part will begin at 5:15 p.m. KST and the second half will start at 6:35 p.m.
