JYJ's Kim Jaejoong To Appear In ASMR-Based Variety Show To Celebrate Birthday

Kim Jaejoong has been busy holding various events for fans since being discharged from the military, and he’s prepared a surprise variety show appearance to commemorate his birthday (January 26).

Kim Jaejoong will be teaming up with Pikicast for their newly-launched variety show called “After Mom Goes to Sleep.” (literal translation) The singer is expected to showcase his charms in a natural and honest way, as teased from the released still cuts.

“After Mom Goes to Sleep” is a new variety program by Pikicast that adds an ASMR element to a variety show. Guests must complete missions without waking up “Mom” while she is asleep, and Kim Jaejoong plans to cook and eat a late-night meal while also sharing stories about himself. His involvement with the program is set to be a special gift for fans as his birthday is on January 26.

A representative of the show stated, “Kim Jaejoong will be the first guest on the show, and his quick wit captivated the staff on set. The episode was filmed in a bright and happy atmosphere. The video is going to be an epic ‘fan service’ gift as it showcases everything from a mukbang (eating broadcast) to an honest interview.
