Akdong Musician Hilariously Talks About Yang Hyun Suk's Dating Restrictions For Them

Akdong Musician’s Lee Chan Hyuk and Lee Soo Hyun recently discussed Yang Hyun Suk‘s rules for entering romantic relationships on “Please Take Care of My Refrigerator”!

On January 31, the JTBC show aired a family special for the Lunar New Year featuring the Akdong Musician siblings as well as Jaurim’s Kim Yoon Ah and her husband Kim Hyung Kyu.

During the show, the hosts asked Akdong Musician whether they were banned from dating, and Lee Chan Hyuk responded, “President Yang Hyun Suk gives me freedom to date. There are no restrictions. He’s not that concerned about me.”

He continued, “Soo Hyun is a high school student so she’s not allowed to date, but for me it doesn’t matter whether I do or don’t. I make music, so I was told I can [date],” explaining his advantage as a composer. “That’s why I freely incorporated an experience from dating into a song. ‘Last Goodbye’ is about the pain of a breakup.”

Lee Soo Hyun then chimed in, “It’s a song he made while crying,” cracking up the audience.
