On January 9, Starship Entertainment released a short teaser for the highly anticipated collaboration between EXO’s Baekhyun and SISTAR’s Soyou.

The short video gives a glimpse into what the singers did as they prepared and recorded their duet at the studio. At the very end, a small snippet of the chorus for “Rain” plays, showcasing both artists’ fantastic vocals in harmony.

“Rain” will be released through Starship Entertainment’s sub-label Starship X, which was also the label responsible for Soyou and Junggigo’s extremely popular and addictive track “Some.”

Not only is Soyou extremely well-known for her collaborations, Baekhyun has also been rising as a popular duet candidate, and his track with Suzy, “Dream” was a huge hit in 2016.
