Choi Yoojung And Kim Doyeon To Travel To USA Ahead Of 2017 Girl Group Debut
Choi Yoojung and Kim Doyeon, who were formerly in I.O.I, are planning on heading to the United States as they work to become world-class artists.
A representative of Fantagio stated that the two idols will be heading to the US on February 14 to recharge and train as artists. Throughout their stay, they will broaden their horizons and experience a brand new world.
They plan to receive vocal and dance training from, as well as study under music industry figures like Lauren Giraldo, a producer of Timbaland’s Ole Music agency, Francis, who worked as a vocal trainer for the Jackson family, and Jose Lopez, who has worked with stars like Pitbull, B.O.B, and Mac Miller.
The Fantagio rep continued to state, “Choi Yoojung and Kim Doyeon were very busy as members of I.O.I last year, and we wanted to give them time to recharge and explore a bigger world. They plan to prepare for the new challenges that await them by resting and meeting with many artists to build up their musical repertoire.”
Their month-long trip will have them balancing their training in the US and scheduled activities in Korea ahead of the debut of Fantagio Girls (temporary name).
We hope Yoojung and Doyeon get plenty of rest and learn a lot during their travels!
