Watch: Red Velvet's Joy Catches Lee Hyun Woo Telling A White Lie In Main Trailer For Their Upcoming Drama

Upcoming tvN drama “The Liar and His Lover” has revealed its main trailer featuring main leads Red Velvet’s Joy and Lee Hyun Woo!

The trailer shows the couple meeting up for a date at a cafe.

As she runs down the street, Joy calls Lee Hyun Woo to inform him she will be late. Lee Hyun Woo warmly reassures her it’s alright because, “I’ll be late too.”

When Joy arrives at the cafe they agreed to meet at, she quickly tries to fix her hair when she realizes Lee Hyun Woo is already inside, situated with a cup of coffee. “You were already here. Lies,” she thinks to herself.

During all of this, she introduces herself with the same monologue from a previous trailer, “I found someone I like. He’s my first love.”

“The Liar and His Lover” is the story about a genius songwriter who hides his identity, and the talented vocalist who is his love interest. It will premiere in March after “Introverted Boss.”
