Remembering Actress Lee Eun Ju On The 12th Anniversary Of Her Death

February 22 marks the 12th anniversary of the death of actress Lee Eun Ju. A source from her former agency, Namoo Actors, said, “Agency staff and Lee Eun Ju’s family and close friends will be meeting for dinner in memory [of Lee Eun Ju].”

Lee Eun Ju died by suicide on February 22, 2005. She was 24 at the time. In 2015, 10 years after her death, the CGV Arthouse in Apgujeong, Seoul held a special exhibition in honor of the actress.

The actress is well known for her work in films such as “Rainbow Trout” (1999), “Virgin Stripped Bare by Her Bachelors” (2000), “Lovers’ Concerto” (2002), “Au Revoir, UFO” (2004), and “The Scarlet Letter” (2004), as well as the dramas “KAIST” (1999) and “Phoenix” (2004).
