Ahn Jae Hyun Reveals Why He Chose To Appear On "Newlywed Diary" With Wife Ku Hye Sun
Actor Ahn Jae Hyun revealed that “Newlywed Diary” will most likely be the last time he and his wife, Ku Hye Sun, show their married life on TV.
During the episode that aired on February 24, the actor explained, “When we were given the offer, I made the decision to appear on the show because I didn’t know when we’d ever be on TV together if not through this show. In my opinion, this will probably be the last time we’re on TV together.”
He continued to show his affection for his wife when he added, “I hope people will see that Ku Hye Sun is a warm person. It matters more to me that people see her in a good light than me.”
The show is set to come to an end on March 10. A tvN representative stated, “‘Newlywed Diary’ will be five episodes long with one director’s cut episode. The last part of the show will air on March 10.”
They also stated that a second season hasn’t been confirmed yet, as tvN isn’t even sure what show will air in the same time slot following the end of “Newlywed Diary.”
It’s a shame that this may be Ahn Jae Hyun and Ku Hye Sun’s last time on TV together, but we can’t think of a more perfect show for them!
