JYP Entertainment Announces Cancellation Of 2PM’s Upcoming Concerts
2PM’s upcoming concerts have been canceled.
JYP Entertainment made the announcement on 2PM’s homepage on February 28 that the concerts that were set to be held from March 3 to March 5 have been canceled.
The agency first gave an update on Jun.K, who was rushed to the hospital after falling from a moving platform during 2PM’s most recent concert. They stated, “Jun. K has received surgery to set the bones in his elbow, and is currently being monitored and resting. We will consult with the doctors and carry out any additional examinations that are necessary.”
They continued to state, “Though Jun. K has continuously expressed a strong desire to stand on stage again to keep his promise with his fans, we believe what is best for him is to rest and have a speedy recovery. Therefore, we have come to the final conclusion to cancel the upcoming concerts that were scheduled from March 3 to March 5.”
They concluded with, “We would like to sincerely apologize for bringing such sad news to you all, and we will post an additional notice on refunds. We will do our best to make sure that our artist has a speedy and full recovery.”
