GFRIEND, BTS, Taeyeon, And BTOB Take Spots On Billboard's World Albums Chart

Popular K-pop artists GFRIEND, BTS, Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon, and BTOB are all doing well on Billboard’s World Albums Chart!

GFRIEND’s new mini album “The Awakening” has made its debut on the World Albums Chart at No. 5 on the newly released chart for the week of March 25. Their mini album was released on March 6, and the group recently grabbed their first win for their title track “Fingertip” on March 14’s episode of “The Show.”

BTS’s “You Never Walk Alone” not only remains on the World Albums Chart for the fourth week in a row, but it has also jumped up one spot to No. 8 after charting at No. 9 last week. BTS is also maintaining their reign over Billboard’s Social 50 chart in the No. 1 spot, and has risen to No. 31 on the Artist 100 chart.

Meanwhile, Taeyeon’s first full solo album “My Voice” comes in at No. 9, after making its debut on the chart at No. 2 last week, and BTOB’s new mini album “Feel’eM” is charting at No. 15.
