B.A.P's Daehyun Shows Support For NU'EST's Ren On "Produce 101 Season 2"

“Produce 101 Season 2” contestant Ren will not only be supported by fans who came to know him through his group NU’EST, but also by his friend Daehyun of B.A.P!

Ren will be participating in the next season of Mnet’s “Produce 101,” in which male trainees and idols will be attempting to win the votes of viewers and earn a spot in a temporary boy group. The contestants will include four members of the Pledis Entertainment boy group NU’EST, including Ren, who is entering under his real name Choi Min Gi.

On March 16, B.A.P member Daehyun uploaded one of Ren’s profile photos for the competition and cheered him on in the caption, while adding with a smiling emoji, “This is my friend who is really kind, cool, and does a great job. You all probably know that already though.”

This is not the first time that Daehyun has cheered on friends who will be appearing in “Produce 101 Season 2.” He also previously posted to ask fans to support his oldest friend, contestant Choi Taewoong, and he appears at the end of the self-introduction videos for Choi Taewoong as well as four other MMO Entertainment trainees (Kang Daniel, Kim Jaehan, Yoon Jiseong, and Joo Jinwoo) to praise their talents and encourage fans to support them.
