Watch: Ji Sung Impresses Crowd With First Pitch For Doosan Bears
Actor Ji Sung showed off his pitching skills with his ceremonial first pitch for the Doosan Bears.
On March 31, Ji Sung took the mound at the Jamsil Baseball Stadium for the 2017 Korean Baseball Organization (KBO) League’s opening match between the Doosan Bears and the Hanwha Eagles.
Before stepping up to the mound, Ji Sung commented, “I hope that every single professional baseball player will successfully finish the season without any injuries.” He then threw an impressive first pitch with the ball flying right into the catcher’s glove.

Ji Sung’s agency Namoo Actors also shared photos of him at the baseball stadium with the caption, “Actor Ji Sung came to pitch for the opening match. 5 minutes before (nervous?)#Today I’m a baseball player #Baseball is love.”
As they released multiple images, his agency added another caption that said, “Watching the game after pitching 🙂 We support you?”
