"Whisper" Takes The Top Spot In Viewership Ratings Once Again

SBS’s “Whisper” prevailed once again in maintaining the top spot for viewership ratings.

On April 11, Nielson Korea reported that the fifth episode of the legal drama achieved an overall 14.9 percent viewership rating. Although this was a 0.1 percent decrease from the previous episode, “Whisper” was still able to maintain first place among Monday-Tuesday dramas due to its intense and engaging storyline. MBC’s “Rebel: Thief Who Stole the People” claimed the second place spot with a 12.7 percent viewership rating, followed by KBS 2TV’s “Perfect Wife” with a 5.6 percent viewership rating.

The latest episode of “Whisper” continued its intense storyline, as Lee Bo Young’s character was able to save Lee Sang Yoon’s character. However, he did not escape unharmed and almost got exposed due to being stabbed with a knife.

Following this, Lee Bo Young and Lee Sang Yoon shared a kiss as she covered his wound with her hand. The suspenseful romance undoubtedly contributed to the drama’s excellent ratings.
