"Weekly Idol" Makes A Generous Donation In Honor Of Their 300th Episode

On April 27, it was announced that MBC every1’s “Weekly Idol” had made a generous donation of 3000 kilograms of rice in honor of their 300th episode on air.

This donation came about because of a donation of 100 kilograms of rice that “Weekly Idol” MC Jung Hyung Don’s fans were going to make in his name. After hearing about their charitable act, the two MCs, along with MBC every1, contributed an additional 3000 kilograms of rice.

Meanwhile, former MCs and fixed members returned for the 300th episode of “Weekly Idol,” including Super Junior’s Kim Heechul and EXID’s Hani. In the same episode, the two MCs revealed who came up with their duo name “Hyungdonnie and Daejunnie.”
