Kim So Yeon Draws Huge Laughs And Record-Breaking Ratings For "SNL Korea 9"
Actress Kim So Yeon’s recent appearance on “SNL Korea 9” was a major hit!
The “Happy Home” star was the host of the show’s April 29 episode, which recorded an average audience rating of 2.3 percent and a peak of 3.3 percent nationwide. These ratings were the highest the show has seen this season out of the six episodes that have aired thus far.
The most prominent demographic tuning into the episode were men and women in their 40s. Of this demographic, men made up 2.5 percent, hitting a peak of 4 percent, and women made up 2.7 percent with a peak of 3.5 percent in viewership.
Highlights from the episode include her parody of popular retro anime “Galaxy Express 999,” where she skillfully alternated between the starring roles of glamorous Maetel and Tetsuro Hoshino. The actress also poked plenty of fun at her previous role in the smash drama “Iris.”
The seventh episode of “SNL Korea 9” is set to be hosted by comedian Kim Joon Ho.
