tvN Responds To Reports That “Drinking Solo” Season 2 Has Been Delayed In Production

On May 11, a tvN source spoke up about the rumored delayed production of the second season of “Drinking Solo.”

“We have not confirmed anything about a second season, whether in production or suspension,” the source stated.

After the success of the first season of “Drinking Solo,” it was reported that tvN was planning on a second season. However, the drama ran into controversy when one of its assistant directors committed suicide as a result of overwork and verbal abuse during production.

Although previously a source from tvN had claimed that Season 2 would be released later this year with a new producing director (PD), the new source claims that nothing is yet confirmed about Season 2 production.
