TWICE Hits 1 Million Mark In Album Sales Just 19 Months After Debut

TWICE recently surpassed 1 million album sales!

On May 23, JYP Entertainment announced, “TWICE sold 120,000 copies with their first mini album, 210,000 copies with their second mini album, 380,000 copies with their third mini album, 280,000 copies with their special album, and 250,000 copies with their most recent fourth mini album, totaling over 1.2 million copies sold.” This is especially impressive, seeing as it has only been a little over a year and a half since the group’s debut, proving that TWICE is definitely the group to look out for.

TWICE has performed well on online music charts with every song released, and is a leader in the girl group scene for album sales. They have been breaking all sorts of records, including having the fastest music video to hit 100 million views and breaking 100 million views for four consecutive music videos on YouTube.

TWICE’s newest title track, “Signal,” which was released on May 15, is currently doing very well on the charts, recording No. 1 on Melon’s and Naver Music’s charts.
