SEVENTEEN's Joshua Assures Fans He's Fine After Minor Injury During MV Filming

SEVENTEEN’s Joshua has let fans know that he’s totally fine now after many were concerned about an apparent injury on the set of their new music video.

On May 23, the thirteen-member Pledis Entertainment group hosted a comeback showcase that was broadcast via Naver’s V Live. During the show, the members were asked to describe their new album in one word, and Joshua chose, “Effort.” He explained that the group had particularly put a lot of hard work into practicing the dance for their new track.

Many fans had been concerned when behind-the-scenes photos from the music video shoot for their new track “Don’t Wanna Cry” had shown Joshua apparently being treated for scrapes and bruises on his knees. The choreography for the song features key moments in which the members are kneeling on the ground, which seems to have led to Joshua’s minor injuries.

When asked by the MC if he is alright now, Joshua assured everyone that there is nothing to worry about. “It hurt then, but it’s totally fine now,” he said. “It doesn’t hurt at all.”

SEVENTEEN made a comeback on May 22 with their fourth mini album “Al1” and the stunning music video for its title track “Don’t Wanna Cry.”
