BTS Hits New Twitter Milestone Of 6 Million Followers

BTS’s popularity is growing at lightning speed!

The group hit six million followers on Twitter on May 28 at approximately 9:30 p.m. KST. They went from the five million mark to six million in less than two months, which is the shortest time it’s taken them so far to gather a million more followers.

This rapid growth is understandable, considering that BTS has achieved the incredible feat of becoming the first K-pop group to win an award at the Billboard Music Awards. They are also major record-setters on music charts all around the world like iTunes, Japan’s Oricon, and all domestic charts. Other remarkable achievements by BTS include winning at the 9th Annual Shorty Awards, becoming the most-viewed K-pop group on YouTube, being the only Korean artist on the list of best-selling albums worldwide in 2017 as of April, among many more.

Meanwhile, BTS recently wrapped up their concert in Sydney, Australia and will continue with their world tour “2017 BTS Live Trilogy Episode III (Final Chapter): The Wings Tour” in Japan.

Congratulations to BTS on reaching another significant milestone!
