Former "Produce 101 Season 2" Trainee Seong Hyun Woo Shares Emotional Thoughts After Attending EXO's Concert

EXO and their fans recently celebrated the end of a successful concert tour with an impressive encore concert, and one fan in particular had some sweet sentiments to share afterwards.

Former “Produce 101 Season 2” contestant Seong Hyun Woo from The Vibe Label had attended the concert on May 28, and had the chance to meet a few of the EXO members themselves once it ended. The meeting was even more special, as Seong Hyun Woo had previously covered EXO’s “Call Me Baby” with several other trainees during his time on “Produce 101 Season 2.”

Along with photos he had taken with Baekhyun, Kai, and Suho, Seong Hyun Woo expressed respect and gratitude for his seniors with a touching caption.

He wrote, “An update after a long time! Today, I went to EXO’s concert! Suho had greeted me from onstage, and I thought that it couldn’t be towards me, but in the impossible case that it was, I bowed back while smiling inwardly to myself. [That ended up being] a historical moment, [because] when I met him backstage after it ended, Suho told me he had seen me and had greeted me, and I was really touched. Also, Kai is so cool and I will never forget what Baekhyun said about exercising. It was a really meaningful time.”

“Kai, Suho, Baekhyun, Sehun, Chanyeol, D.O., Chen, Xiumin, EXO seniors, they are really respectable. It was a concert that touched me in many ways and I learned a lot from, so thank you. Also, while I could not meet him unfortunately due to his schedule although I’m a huge fan, Lay senior, I also really respect you. Power to EXO!”

Seong Hyun Woo also thanked his “family Sung Ho” who had made it possible for him to attend the concert, and promised to work harder.

As seen in the picture with Baekhyun, Kwon Hyeop, a fellow trainee from “Produce 101 Season 2,” also attended the concert with Seong Hyun Woo. He shared, “Hyun Woo, thank you. EXO…is all so cool and it was a day my heart beat in surprise.. I respect you all.”

Reportedly, Sehun’s friend Jo Yong Geun, who was also a contestant on “Produce 101 Season 2” was in attendance as well.

Meanwhile, EXO is currently preparing for a summer comeback following the end of their “The EXOr’DIUM” concert tour.
