Watch: BTS Takes Fans Behind-The-Scenes Of Their Historic Billboard Music Awards Win

BTS has gifted fans with an exclusive look at their trip to Las Vegas to attend to the Billboard Music Awards!

The group took home their first award at the ceremony on May 21 when they won the fan-voted Top Social Artist award, which was also the first trophy won by a K-pop group at the Billboard Music Awards.

On May 30, the group shared a new “BTS Episode” video that takes fans along on their exciting journey, beginning with footage from their long plane flight to the United States. Fans are then shown the guys during their press engagements on the day before the ceremony, as well as attending a Cirque de Soleil performance and raving about it afterwards.

The video goes on to show the members excitedly and nervously preparing to head to the awards show, dancing along to the performances, and talking about just how amazing the experience is during a break. “A lot of our fans are here!” said Suga, to which Rap Monster replied, “That’s why I’m even more nervous.”

“I feel like I’m dreaming,” said V. As the award nominees were being announced, Jimin was proudly filming the fans in the audience on his phone as they cheered. The “BTS Episode” shows the big moment when their name was announced, and continues to follow the guys as they head backstage and marvel over their award.

“BTS won a Billboard Music Award!” said Jungkook in amazement as they all smiled from ear to ear. “Is this a dream?”

As BTS celebrated their historic win and laughed over some of the most surreal moments of the ceremony, they were sure to express just how thankful they are to their fans. “The award should be changed to say Top Social ARMY,” said Suga.
