It has been reported that Mnet’s “Produce 101” will film its last round of eliminations on June 3.
According to a number of sources on June 2, the 35 remaining trainees will gather together at the studio as soon as voting is over on June 3 to undergo another round of eliminations. This is the last round of eliminations before the final ranking broadcast to announce the 11 members who will debut. In this round, 11 contestants will be eliminated to leave just 22 trainees standing.
To this report, Mnet responded, “It is difficult for us to confirm anything regarding the elimination round of ‘Produce 101 Season 2.'”
The votes for this round of eliminations began on May 27 and will continue to June 3. While the viewers could vote for 11 trainees in the previous rounds, this time, one viewer could only vote for two trainees. This makes it difficult to predict who will survive this round.
