“Greatest One-Shot” Ratings Double As Word Spreads Of Its Hilarious And Clever Plot

KBS 2TV’s new variety drama “Greatest One-Shot” is gaining momentum as more viewers are intrigued by its witty plot.

According to ratings research company Nielsen Korea, the latest episode of “Greatest One-Shot” scored 5.6 percent ratings in the metropolitan area and 5.0 percent ratings nationwide. The ratings each increased by 3.1 percent and 2.5 percent, which is more than double the previous episode.

“Greatest One-Shot” tells the story of idol star Yoo Hyun Jae, played by Yoon Shi Yoon, who unexpectedly travels through time and ends up in year 2017, where he meets his grown-up son Lee Ji Hoon (Kim Min Jae).

The strange fortune of Yoo Hyun Jae starts as he finds his car from the past, parked in an unfamiliar, futuristic neighborhood. Oblivious to his situation, Yoo Hyun Jae drives his car out of the parking lot, only to realize that Choi Woo Seung (Lee Se Young) was fast asleep in the back seat. The encounter of the two hints at a hilarious romantic comedy ahead.

KBS 2TV’s “Greatest One-Shot” airs every Friday and Saturday at 11 p.m. KST.
