However, it’s a ranking that is so special to me because you, my producers, put me there.”

He continued to write, “The love and support you have given me were such a motivation to keep holding on and I thought of you when things got rough. I learned a lot through this show, and I will take it as a great life lesson. I’m not sure what I’ll be doing in the future. But what I know for certain is that I’ve come to love singing and dancing more than I could have possibly imagined by being on this show. I promise to come back even better than before, no matter what I do, and I will keep cherishing the love you have given me. Thank you and I love you.”

First of all, I want to thank all the nation’s producers who gave me so much support and so many votes. I’m really grateful. I was able to rank so high thanks to all the love and support I received from so many people. Though I’m sad about being eliminated, I have no regrets.”

The trainee continued to say, “I learned so much through this program. I was able to learn about what I lack, and the things that are unique about me. But I feel like I wasn’t able to share lots of great moments with you, and for that I’m sorry. Thank you so much for loving me, despite my imperfections.”

He wrote, “Most importantly, I’ve met so many unforgettable friends. To be honest, I had no friends since I first got to Korea. But through this program, I got to create such precious and great memories with friends, all working hard and sharing the same dream. I’m so, very grateful to all of them. And I also want to thank the instructors who were kind and taught us so much for four months, BoA, who shared so many wonderful stories as a senior in the industry and always looked after us, and the PDs and writers who slept even less than we did.”

Takada Kenta concluded with, “Though my time is up on ‘Produce 101 Season 2,’ I will continue to work hard and keep improving, so please keep supporting me. I will show you all of my charming qualities, one at a time! Lastly, to my friends, the staff, our instructors, and all the nation’s producers who gave me your love and was understanding of me despite my poor Korean, thank you so much for the past three months! This has been Takada Kenta!”

I’m so happy to be able to express my gratitude in a handwritten letter like this!”

He said, “It has been such a happy experience for me and I received so much love that at times I wondered if I really deserved it all. I had so much fun hearing about all the look-alikes you found for me, like a frog and Olaf, and you probably don’t know how much that attention gave me strength! I’m grateful that you even loved the size of my big mouth and my ugly reactions. I tried to show you the honest and real side of me, and I did my best and worked hard for each performance. I think that’s why I have no regrets, despite this being the end. The only thing is that it would have been nice to have had more opportunities to show you more of me.”

The trainee continued to state, “I’m so happy to have met so many great people through ‘Produce 101 Season 2,’ and I’m grateful to have been able to make so many precious and beautiful memories through the many opportunities and experiences I’ve had. I also want to say thank you and I love you to all of my fans who loved me and liked me! The two ads in the subway, the votes you gave me every day even though it must have been a hassle, the letters that were written with care, recognizing me in the streets and giving me words of support, all of that helped me realize that I’m someone who can be loved, and I’m so grateful for that. All of the love and affection, both big and small, have been a great source of energy for me.”

He concluded with, “To the fans, my family, our MC [BoA], instructors, staff, and fellow trainees who loved me and took care of me, thank you so, so much and I love you. Last of all, to our nation’s producers who loved and supported the dreams of us 101 trainees and our show! Thank you so much and I love you. I will continue to work harder and improve so that I can appear before you again and surprise you. Thank you, and I love you!”

Though I’m late, I want to sincerely thank you all. I experienced and learned so much being on ‘Produce 101 Season 2.’ I was able to stand in front of so many people to perform, I became friends with other trainees, and most of all, I was happy to experience what’s its like to stand on stage with other people when I’m so used to being alone.”

I’ve been so, very happy sharing these dream-like moments with my trainee friends, and having my name and face remembered by all of the nation’s producers who voted for me. Personally, it was a meaningful experience that helped me reaffirm my belief that if you work hard, there will come a day when that hard work is recognized. Though I’m sad that it’s over, it’s time for me to wake up from this dream and go back to reality…”

He wrote, “Hello, this is HF Music Company’s Park Woo Dam. Before I appeared on ‘Produce 101 Season 2,’ I was just Park Woo Dam, a regular guy. But you, the nation’s producers, have made me Park Woo Dam the singer of ‘Produce 101 Season 2.’ I sincerely want to thank the nation’s producers for giving me the chance to have this great experience for three months.”

Park Woo Dam continued to say, “While I was on the show, I came across a comment that I saw by chance but really stuck with me. ‘I start my day with Park Woo Dam’s music.’ This comment helped me find a reason to sing whenever I was so tired and worn out, and it made me realize that I wanted to share my voice with many people till the very end.”

He said, “I want to thank all of the 101 trainees who trained with me! I’m so grateful to all 101 of them, but I’m especially grateful to the members of my teams who stood on stage with me. It’s because of you that I was able to enjoy the rehearsals. I really love you guys. I’m truly happy to have gotten to known so many friends who are kind and hardworking. I’ve received so much love and attention since ‘Manse,’ but I’m sad because I feel like I never got to show you everything I’ve got. Though my time has come to an end, I hope you continue to give everyone your love till the very end. Please watch over the 20 guys who are hard at work.”

The trainee concluded with, “Lastly, I want to thank the nation’s producers once again for giving me a reason to keep singing, dancing, and moving forward. I’ll be here, working hard and waiting for the day I see you on stage again. I will do my best to make sure it doesn’t take that long. Thank you!”

Park Woo Dam also posted a set of photos that show him writing out his letter with the caption, “Hello, it’s Woo Dam! I’ve read all of your comments and I’m sincerely touched my them. You called my voice a jewel, and I will work hard to polish that jewel so that it shines the brightest amongst all the jewels. I love you.”

Kim Sang Gyun took to Instagram to write, “For the first time in a while, I’m greeting you back in my own space. This is Sang Gyun! Though I’m sad to have been eliminated with only a few episodes left till the end of ‘Produce 101 Season 2,’ I believe that this is not the end for me. I always felt conflicted during the show because I’m the kind of person who overthinks, and I feel bad that the people who probably had the hardest time because of it were my fans who gave me your unwavering love and support. I’m reminded of all the times I gained strength from the desire to not disappoint you throughout the strenuous training and filming process.”

He continued to state, “I believed it was a given to do my best on a survival program to choose trainees for an idol group, and I think I was able to come so far because of all the love and affection I received from the nation’s producers. Though I know the fans who care for me are sad that I was eliminated, I will continue to work hard and even harder to improve myself, so I hope you won’t feel too sad about it. When your hearts ache, so does mine..”

The trainee went on to write, “I will work hard to become someone who gives you as much strength as you’ve given me, and I will continue to improve so I can become someone you can be proud of. I really want to thank my fans, the trainees who went through all the tough times with me, the PDs, writers, and cameramen who did their best to make us look great, and all the other staff members as well.”

He concluded with, “I’m grateful to all of you for sticking by my side. I hope to meet you again! Thank you and I love you.”
