Mnet Responds To Reports Of Reality Variety Show With "Produce 101 Season 2" Debut Members

Mnet released their official statement on reports of a possible reality variety show with the final 11 members of “Produce 101 Season 2” as well as those of a possible third season of the show.

On June 13, Mnet said, “Nothing has been confirmed regarding reports of anything to do with ‘Produce 101 Season 2’ that were made today. While we are currently in talks of the members appearing on tvN’s ‘SNL Korea 9,’ it is not confirmed. Also, the third season and the reality variety show is something that will be discussed later, as we are currently getting ready for the final live broadcast. It isn’t something that we can decide on right away as of yet.”

They said, “The staff are focusing on the final live broadcast. Afterwards, the related content will be determined.” They emphasized, “Nothing has been decided.”

Meanwhile, multiple media outlets reported earlier on in the day that the final 11 members will guest on “SNL Korea 9,” and also that they will have a reality show. There were also reports of a third season of a show.
