Song Joong Ki's Agency Clarifies He Has No Ties With Former President Park Geun Hye

On June 15, a media outlet reported that South Korea’s former president Park Geun Hye was the one who requested in detail for the production of a video and cutout of Song Joong Ki at K-Style Hub, a hallyu experience spot.

A source from Song Joong Ki’s agency Blossom Entertainment responded on June 16, “Song Joong Ki was an ambassador for the Korea Tourism Organization, so he just attended an official event once. We have not heard anything about the video or cutout and do not know about anything [that happened] after the official event.”

Meanwhile, Park Geun Hye was expelled from office on March 10, and Moon Jae In was elected as the new president on May 9.
