Former “Produce 101 Season 2” contestant Kim Tae Min recently talked about leaving the show early.

Kim Tae Min had abruptly departed from the show on May 19 after being hospitalized for abdominal pain. He ended up having to undergo surgery for enterostenosis.

He reappeared in the finale episode, which aired on June 16, and apologized for the sudden leave that left many fans worried. He said, “For the past 100 days, I received so much love and had the opportunity to reflect on myself. So I am very sorry because I am not able to repay all that love to my fans.”
