El 25 de diciembre, los 2020 SBS Gayo Daejeon in Daegu conmemoraron la música de este año a través de presentaciones, colaboraciones especiales y especiales navideños.
El evento fue conducido por Boom, Kim Heechul de Super Junior y Naeun de APRIL. El evento fue totalmente pre-grabado con el fin de seguir los protocolos de seguridad por COVID-19.
