Ganador de premio de logro especial: Deulgukhwa

Los Korean Music Awards otorgan mayor importancia a los álbumes y canciones que a los artistas. En lugar de las ventas, el logro musical es el criterio clave para la elección de los ganadores. La ceremonia de premios tiene como objetivo ayudar al avance de la música coreana sin establecer barreras entre la música convencional y la no convencional.

Los ganadores serán anunciados en los 18th Korean Music Awards el 28 de febrero a las 6 p.m. KST en Nodeulseom en Seúl. El anuncio se transmitirá en vivo en línea.
