Bae Hyeon Seong y Lee Re confirmados junto a Han Suk Kyu para nuevo drama
Bae Hyeon Seong y Lee Re se unirán a Han Suk Kyu en el nuevo drama de tvN, “The Boss Shin Project” (título literal).
“The Boss Shin Project” es una comedia que sigue la historia del Sr. Shin, un hombre que se encarga de mediar en conflictos y ayudar a personas en situaciones aparentemente imposibles de ganar. El drama estará dirigido por Shin Kyung Soo, conocido por éxitos como “Tree With Deep Roots”, “Six Flying Dragons” y “The First Responders”. El guion es de Ban Ki Ri, de “Missing: The Other Side” de tvN.
A principios de esta semana, Han Suk Kyu fue confirmado para interpretar al Sr. Shin, dueño de un restaurante de pollo conocido por sus habilidades de mediación.
Bae Hyeon Seong interpretará a Jo Philip, un juez novato que se apega a los principios y a lo básico. Con un atractivo físico y una personalidad quisquillosa, Jo Philip ha recorrido el camino de la élite, sin perder jamás el primer puesto en la escuela, ni en los exámenes de abogacía ni judiciales. Earlier this week, Han Suk Kyu was confirmed to play the titular character of Mr. Shin, a chicken restaurant owner who is known for his mediating skills.
Bae Hyeon Seong will be playing the role of Jo Philip, a rookie judge who adheres to principles and the basics. With handsome looks and a prickly personality, Jo Philip has walked the path of an elite, never once missing first place from school to the bar and judicial exams. While waiting to be assigned to a department, he ends up at Mr. Shin’s fried chicken restaurant, making viewers curious to find out how his dream of being a judge unexpectedly lands him a job at a fried chicken restaurant.
Lee Re will captivate as the fried chicken restaurant’s Gen Z delivery rider Lee Si On, who has a spicy and sweet charm just like seasoned fried chicken. Living with her grandmother and younger sister, Lee Si On is the head of the family. She also acts as a secret informant for Mr. Shin during the day while studying at night. Portraying a character with three years of delivery experience, Lee Re will impress as Lee Si On, adding thrill to the drama.
Rookie judge Jo Philip and informant Lee Si On will team up with negotiator Mr. Shin to resolve the injustices of the neighborhood, raising anticipation for the trio’s synergy.
The production team remarked, “In this generation where communication from people to people have been lacking, this drama will be like pickled radish that refreshes the palate.”
