SBS “K-Pop Star’s” Singing Prodigy Recieves Love Call from American Broadcasting Station

Earlier this week, we reported the growing global interest over SBS’s “K-Pop Star’s” singing sensation Park Ji Min. Hollywood stars Ashton Kutcher and Eric Benet have expressed their amazement over the 14-year-old Park, and America’s news network CNN introduced the young Korean talent to the American audience.

According to the producers from “K-Pop Star,” Park Ji Min has received numerous love calls from foreign TV stations. A representative of the show stated, “Producers from American broadcasting station CBS inquired about Ji Min’s possible guest appearance on one of their shows called ‘The Talk.’ They showed great interest in our ‘K-Pop Star’ program.”

A representative from Park Ji Min’s camp announced, “She’s grateful for all the attention, but she would like to put all her focus and attention to ‘K-Pop Star.” She politely declined the offer and is busy preparing for her next performance on the show.

Park Ji Min’s jaw-dropping performance earned her the number one spot in her group on December 25. She had the judges JYP’s Park Jin Young, YG’s Yang Hyun Suk, and SM’s BoA  at her fingertips as she impressed everyone with her soulful rendition of Adele’s Rolling in the Deep.
