Will "Full House 2" Star No Min Woo?

Rumors of a “Full House 2” have resurfaced and a strong buzz on a possible actor to lead the cast has also floated.  Local news agencies report that No Min Woo, most recently of “Midas” is the most likely candidate to take on the lead role.

“We are currently in discussion but nothing has been confirmed yet,” No’s agency is quoted to have said.

The actor, also the former drummer of rock band TRAX and a member of project group 24/7, received much attention for his portrayal of Boohwal’s Kim Tae Won as a young rocker in “Drama Special: Rock Rock Rock.”  His other credits include roles in 2010’s “Pasta” and “My Girlfriend Is A Gumiho.”  

Other details on the story and production of “Full House 2” are yet to be revealed.  Its predecessor, the 2004 drama starring Rain and Song Hye Gyo was a hit both in Korea and abroad, catapulting both actors into Hallyu stardom.
