BTS And Janet Jackson Meet Backstage At 2018 MAMA In Hong Kong
BTS and Janet Jackson met behind the scenes at the 2018 Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA) in Hong Kong!
On December 14, both BTS and Janet Jackson attended the finale ceremony of this year’s 2018 MAMA, where Janet Jackson received the Inspiration Award. BTS performed at the December 14 ceremony and received six awards that evening (including two Daesangs) and the group received 10 awards in total from MAMA this year over its week of shows.
During the show, Janet Jackson posted a photo on Instagram of herself with BTS.
She also shared a video of BTS visiting her in her waiting room backstage before the show, and she wrote in the caption that it was nice to meet the group. RM expressed that they are big fans of hers, and Janet Jackson shared her excitement to see their performance.
