TVXQ's Yunho Returns To Military Life In New "Melo Holic" Stills

Is TVXQ’s Yunho back in the military?

It’s easy to look at these photos and mistake them for ones taken during Yunho’s military days. However, they are the latest stills of Yunho as the male lead in OCN’s newest romance drama “Melo Holic.”

The recently discharged idol veteran is back in a military uniform as he pats the shoulder of a fellow soldier with a warm smile in the revealed stills. Yunho also curiously shakes the hand of who is assumed to be the other soldier’s girlfriend with a peculiar look on his face, as well as gives a thumbs up to other soldiers reuniting with their girlfriends.

Yunho will play the role of a psychology student who can read the minds of women when he comes into contact with them. Because of this skill, he has a 100 percent chance of hitting it out of the park with any woman of his choice and is perfectly capable of having a girlfriend. However, to the contrary, he has never once dated in his life.

Producing director (PD) Kim Dong Hee said, “In the drama, Yunho will show various dating tricks that can be used in real life. If you’re awkward at dating, I hope you will stay tuned to watch how Yunho steals the ladies’ hearts.”

The love story between a man with supernatural powers and a woman with a split personality will play out on “Melo Holic” starting on November 6 at 9 p.m. KST. Check out the teaser below!
