JRE And Rising Legends Winner Alex Christine To Star In Viki Reality Show "LEGENDARY: Making Of A K-Pop Star"

Have you ever dreamed about debuting as a K-pop superstar? The lights, the fashion, the cameras – it’s a pretty exciting world that we’re always lucky when we catch glimpses of it.

Lucky for you, Soompi is going to soon be bringing you more than just a few glimpses of this world – in fact we’re launching a show in December that is all about debuting as a K-pop star!

We’ve brought together our Rising Legends Winner Alex Christine and YouTube talent JRE and tasked them with becoming K-pop stars through our new series “LEGENDARY: Making of a K-pop Star.”

“LEGENDARY” will follow Alex Christine and JRE as they navigate the K-pop world – from recording an original song, learning choreography, receiving makeovers, having photoshoots, to finally filming a full music video with ZANYBROS.

The series will launch on CREATED By Viki this December, but lucky for you the Soompi team will be taking you behind the scenes of the filming in Korea beginning on Saturday 11/4 exclusively with Twitch!

Head over to Soompi’s Twitch channel and be sure to follow us to be notified when we go live. Soompi staff will bring you around as we scout locations for the filming (hitting up places like SM COEX, Gangnam’s K-Star Road, and more) and give you more access to all of the places your faves frequent in Korea.
