Joo Sang Wook And Jin Se Yeon Are In Completely Opposite Situations In New

The wheel of fortune doesn’t spin the same for everybody – and it looks like it’s Joo Sang Wook who comes out on top this time.

In new stills released by the upcoming drama “Grand Prince,” both Joo Sang Wook and Jin Se Yeon were spotted in costume and in character. In contrast to Joo Sang Wook, who shows off his ambition and determination to become a great king in his photos, Jin Se Yeon is in the depths of despair as she kneels beside another woman in plea to someone off-screen.

Details released alongside the photos reveal that Jin Se Yeon is begging her mother for forgiveness after her mother decides to punish another girl for a transgression that Jin Se Yeon herself committed. The other girl is dragged out into the courtyard but Jin Se Yeon stubbornly defends her until the end.

Jin Se Yeon’s scene was filmed at a traditional folk village in Yongin. The atmosphere on set was good between the lead actress and her co-stars in the scene, Moon Ji In and Kim Mi Kyung (who plays her mother). Despite the cold weather and the frozen ground, Jin Se Yeon committed to the scene for three hours and carefully monitored her performance afterwards.

Joo Sang Wook also made sure to rehearse small gestures with his co-stars on set during his scene (also in Yongin). The production staff stated, “Joo Sang Wook fits the character of Grand Prince Jin Yang as well as his hanbok fits him. He has a lot of acting talent and works hard. Look forward to how he portrays the ambitious prince who goes for what he wants even if he crosses paths with his younger brother.”

“Grand Prince,” which begins airing on March 3, tells the story of two princes (Yoon Shi Yoon and Joo Sang Wook) who fight for the love of a single woman (Jin Se Yeon).
