“Grand Prince” Cast Can’t Keep A Straight Face Behind-The-Scenes On Set

On March 21, the TV Chosun weekend drama “Grand Prince” released some behind-the-scenes shots of the cast when the cameras stopped rolling.

Directed by Kim Jung Min and written by Jo Hyun Kyung, “Grand Prince” tells the story of two royal princes (Joo Sang Wook and Yoon Shi Yoon) who fight for the love of a single woman (Jin Se Yeon).

Unlike the tangle of love lines and family drama that occurs in the actual show, the cast laughs and makes faces at the photographer in behind-the-scenes shots, keeping the atmosphere on set light and energetic. Joo Sang Wook in particular has been called the “mood-maker” despite the seriousness of his character, who has ambitions to become the next Lee Bang Won. He also had a lot of fun filming the outdoor barbecue scene with his senior actor Son Byung Ho.

Meanwhile, Yoon Shi Yoon is known for his unflagging energy on set, showing up early before anyone else and working hard to perfect each scene. Jin Se Yeon was praised by the production staff for her commitment to character, though she was always ready with a laugh during the long hours of filming.
