SHINee's Taemin Confirmed For New Variety Show With Highlight's Lee Gikwang and Super Junior's Eunhyuk

SHINee’s Taemin has been confirmed to join JTBC4’s new variety show “WHYNOT — The Dancer” (literal title).

“WHYNOT — The Dancer” will air on JTBC4, a new channel that will launch on April 21, and will be a dancing variety show that follows the daily lives and challenges of K-pop’s representative dancers as they head to Los Angeles to become dance directors. Super Junior’s Eunhyuk and Highlight’s Lee Gikwang have already been confirmed for the show.

Having already headed to Los Angeles on March 22 for the show, the production staff stated, “Taemin began filming with us on March 24.” This means that Taemin will be the third member on the show.

The three idols were the talk of the town when a photo of them together was shared on social media recently. Taemin is a dancer whose talents have already been recognized by many K-pop fans, and it will be interesting to see what kind of synergy he creates with Eunhyuk and Lee Gikwang.
