Members Of Super Junior, TVXQ, And SS501 Have Mini 2nd Generation Idol Group Reunion

Super Junior, TVXQ, and SS501 brought the nostalgia with a mini reunion!

On April 12, Super Junior’s Leeteuk shared a photo on his Instagram account with the caption, “DongSu5, how many years has it been since we last met together.” The photo was of Super Junior’s Leeteuk, Yesung, Choi Siwon, Donghae, and Eunhyuk, as well as TVXQ’s Yunho and SS501’s Heo Young Saeng. “DongSu5” is a combination of their group names TVXQ (Dong), Super Junior (Su), and SS501 (5).

Heo Young Saeng shared the same photo and added, “DongSu501 reunion for the first time in a while. Let’s gather CaTeuEl too. I’m happy that there are waiting rooms I can visit for this round of promotions. So many memories~” “CaTeuEl” was a term created to refer to each group’s official fanclub names Cassiopeia (TVXQ), Triple S (SS501), and ELF (Super Junior).

TVXQ, SS501, and Super Junior are three of the biggest groups from K-pop’s second generation. TVXQ made their debut in 2003 while both SS501 and Super Junior debuted in 2005.

TVXQ is currently promoting “The Chance of Love,” the title track of their eight album while Super Junior recently made their comeback with “Lo Siento,” the title track of their repackaged album “Replay.” Heo Young Saeng is promoting his latest title track “Fly Away” from his digital single “Dream; Fly.”
