Stephanie Lee Explains Why She Wants To Film With Gong Yoo Again
Stephanie Lee wants to work with Gong Yoo again!
On the June 4 broadcast of MBC’s “Section TV,” the model-actress discussed her newest drama “Partners for Justice,” her first acting role, and her modeling career.
During the interview, Stephanie Lee explained how she got her start in acting by chance. She shared that she was largely influenced by the opportunity to take on a new challenge and the fact she would be wearing a school uniform in “Schoolgirl Detectives.”
The host also brought up some of her past commercials, and asked about how she previously said that she wanted to film with Gong Yoo.
Stephanie Lee explained, “In the very first commercial I filmed, I played the opposite of him, a ‘girlfriend’ role. I was much younger at the time, and my heart fluttered just at the fact that we were filming date scenes. At the time, I hadn’t met many actors at all, but I was standing next to the amazing Gong Yoo of all people. He was really cool.”
She also introduced her “Partners for Justice” character, saying, “Stella Hwang is both sexy and cute. Because she has both sides to her, she almost seems perfect.”
