Who said only girls can pull off outstanding makeup looks? We all know by now K-pop has no limits when getting creative with the beauty looks, and that involves both boy and girl groups. EXO is no exception to the rule, as they have been blessing us with beauty-inspo since their very debut. It’s just a matter of going through their videos trying to pick their best beauty moments to understand why they’re considered one of the most stylish and avant-garde groups in terms of aesthetics. It was hard to leave some out of the list, but we picked a few of our favorites from all the music videos they’ve shared with us during the past six years. Ready to get EXO-beautified?

“Ko Ko Bop” – Baekhyun’s Jewel Dots

The burgundy eyeshadow, red eyeliner, the light and dark cherry hair, or the jewels. Can you really pick just one of these as your favorite from this look? Yeah, neither can we, so we’ll just say it’s all of it that works together. As if “Ko Ko Bop” wasn’t already an intense video, Baekhyun welcomes us into a psychedelic world with this stunning look, letting us know immediately what we’ve gotten ourselves into.

“Ko Ko Bop” – Chanyeol’s Multi-Pastel Hair

Don’t we all secretly want to dye our hair like a pastel-shaded mermaid? No? Just us? Whatever the case, Chanyeol made those dreams come true with his violet/pink/blue locks for “Ko Ko Bop.” Also, extra points for those calypso eyes. This is overall a dreamy look that’ll be hard to erase from our memories for a very long time, especially if you’re into pastel shades.

“Monster” – Baekhyun’s Messy Smokey Eye

Here’s the king of eyeshadow doing what he knows how to do best. A slightly messy look where a reddish brown smokey eye takes a destroyer turn — of course the eccentric jewelry adds up — paired with nothing but glossy lips. Can anyone say they haven’t been haunted by this specific moment in Monster?

“Blooming Days” – Xiumin’s Bronze Momentum

Isn’t this look worthy of the sunshine title? This bronze-gold look reminds us of a summer sunset with minimal yet super intense and glittery eyes — because what’s life without a little glitter — paired with dark gold hair, brown brows, sun kissed skin, and nude lips, and it’s an absolute favorite for beauty lovers. The best thing is how easy it is to replicate.

“Electric Kiss” – Suho’s Flowers

Ok, but can we all agree this is by far one of the most beautiful moments you’ve seen in a music video? Suho laying down in the water, pale skin, nude lips, no eye makeup, and dozens of — real — flowers decorating the right side of his face, going down his neck and chest until they disappear underneath his shirt. This is a true moment of art we were able to witness here.

“Power” – All Members

Can we even talk about EXO’s beauty moments without mentioning “Power”? This video is full of makeup and styling details we just couldn’t ignore. Xiumin’s shattered glass eyelids paired with dark blue eyeliner, Chanyeol’s baby blue hair and mismatched red and purple contacts, Chen’s yellow and pink and yellow eyeshadow, Kai’s metallic facial stickers, Sehun’s one-sided dramatic wings, Suho’s calypso single glitter eyelid, Baekhyun’s Ice-Water themed over-eye makeup, and D.O.’s subtle eye wing and liner, these are all just to good to be true and even better when put all together under one digital roof.
