EXO's D.O. Is Still Regal In Some Ways Even When He Becomes A Clumsy Fool In "100 Days My Prince"
EXO’s D.O. looks great in any outfit and in any situation!
tvN’s upcoming romantic comedy “100 Days My Prince” is about Lee Yool, Joseon’s crown prince who temporarily loses his memory, and Hong Shim (Nam Ji Hyun), the oldest unmarried woman in Joseon. The two of them end up in an unwanted marriage due to a decree that Lee Yool himself put into rule.
D.O. will be playing the dual role of crown prince Lee Yool and Won Deuk. While Lee Yool is a complete perfectionist and has seemingly has everything from looks to brains to athletic ability, he becomes utterly useless when he suffers from temporary amnesia and lives as a regular civilian under the alias Won Deuk.
In new stills, D.O. stares at someone or something off screen as Won Deuk. While he is dressed in drastically simpler clothing than Lee Yool’s royal garb, Won Deuk’s perceptive gaze is still the same despite his memory loss. That isn’t to say that he as capable as he once was as he doesn’t even know how to chop firewood or even carry a bag of rice properly, and is always berated by Hong Shim for his incompetence.
Viewers can look forward to another facet of D.O. as an actor as he showcases everything from charisma to adorable clumsiness in his first historical drama.
“100 Days My Prince” will premiere on September 10 at 9:30 p.m. KST following the end of “Let’s Eat 3.” As you wait, check out a few teasers!
