BLACKPINK’s "DDU-DU DDU-DU" Is The Only K-Pop MV On YouTube's Top 10 Songs Of The Summer Global Chart

YouTube has released their Top 10 Songs of the Summer charts and BLACKPINK has made it onto the global chart again this year!

BLACKPINK’s “DDU-DU DDU-DU” is No. 3 on YouTube’s Top 10 Songs of the Summer global chart, sandwiched between Casper’s “Te Bote” (Remix) and Becky G and Natti Natasha’s “Sin Pijama.” YouTube’s Top 10 Songs of the Summer charts were created by aggregating global and U.S. views between May 28, 2018 and August 25, 2018.

Last year, BLACKPINK’s “As If It’s Your Last” was the only K-pop MV to place on YouTube’s Top 25 Songs of the Summer global chart. BLACKPINK’s “DDU-DU DDU-DU” is again the only K-pop MV to be named this year.

Recently, “DDU-DU DDU-DU” achieved a huge milestone when it became the fastest K-Pop group MV to hit 300 million views.
