GOT7's Yugyeom And Lee Kwang Soo Discover Unexpected Similarities On "Running Man"

On the latest episode of “Running Man,” the cast found some surprising similarities between GOT7’s Yugyeom and Lee Kwang Soo!

All seven members of GOT7 appeared as guests on the September 16 broadcast of the SBS variety show, during which they competed against the “Running Man” cast in a number of different challenges.

The first battle was a long jump competition in which the challengers had to hold onto their toes while jumping forward. Yugyeom was the first GOT7 member up, and Yoo Jae Suk warned, “Since this is Yugyeom’s first time [trying this challenge], it won’t be easy.”

However, Yugyeom caught the “Running Man” cast off guard with his clever attempt to beat the system—instead of jumping forward on his feet, he dove forward in a roll to achieve a longer distance.

The cast members immediately intervened to tell him that his strategy was against the rules, and HaHa jokingly remarked, “Yugyeom is the Lee Kwang Soo of GOT7, isn’t he?” Yoo Jae Suk chimed in, “His hairstyle is kind of similar to Kwang Soo’s.”

Yugyeom then suddenly turned to Lee Kwang Soo and revealed that they lived in the same neighborhood, before proffering his hand for a friendly handshake.

As everyone expressed their surprise, the cast members commented that the two stars even looked somewhat similar. “They do resemble each other,” said Kim Jong Kook, “but Yugyeom, you’re far better-looking.”

To GOT7’s visible amusement, HaHa agreed, “The two of you belong to the same [physical] type, but [Yugyeom,] you’re much more handsome.”
