IZ*ONE To Throw First Pitch At Baseball Game

IZ*ONE will be making an appearance at a baseball game!

On October 2, it was revealed that IZ*ONE will be throwing the ceremonial first pitch at the Doosan Bears vs. LG Twins home game on October 6 at Jamsil Baseball Stadium. According to the Doosan Bears, they invited the girl group to wish the team good luck during the event.

Jang Won Young and Miyawaki Sakura were chosen to be the pitcher and batter for the event.

Furthermore, all 12 members of the group will hold a special performance on the cheering platform after the fifth inning.

IZ*ONE is the girl group created as a result of survival program “Produce 48” and consists of members Jang Won Young, Miyawaki Sakura, Jo Yu Ri, Choi Ye Na, An Yu Jin, Yabuki Nako, Kwon Eun Bi, Kang Hye Won, Honda Hitomi, Kim Chae Won, Kim Min Ju, and Lee Chae Yeon. Their debut is expected to be sometime in late October.
