Watch: "100 Days My Prince" Cast Experiences Both Sorrowful And Happy Reunions In Making-Of Video

tvN’s romantic historical drama “100 Days My Prince” has released a new making-of video!

The story revolves around crown prince Lee Yool (played by EXO’s D.O.) who suffers from amnesia and becomes a useless guy named Won Deuk. He wanders around the countryside and ends up in an unconventional relationship with the oldest unmarried woman in Joseon named Hong Shim (Nam Ji Hyun).

The video starts off with D.O. and Nam Ji Hyun preparing for their reunion scene. Nam Ji Hyun turns quiet and serious as she immerses herself into her sorrowful character. At one point, D.O. becomes too emotional and apologizes as he takes a moment to collect his emotions.

Compared to the previous reunion, Nam Ji Hyun, Lee Min Ji, Kim Ki Doo, Lee Joon Hyuk, and Jung Hae Kyun experience a joyful one where they celebrate with laughter and hugs. The atmosphere is bright and cheerful, and the actors are busy joking around with each other.

Lee Joon Hyuk adds a nonexistent line in the drama, joking, “Did you buy this house?” In return, Jung Hae Kyun playfully retorts, “I put it up for sale!” Eventually, the director calls “cut,” and the cast bursts into laughter.

Later on, Nam Ji Hyun, D.O., and Kim Seon Ho come together to film a scene where she is in danger and they come save her. Nam Ji Hyun can’t stop laughing at Kim Seon Ho’s comical advances, and D.O. ends up laughing along. Then D.O. jokes, “I’m the one who gives orders. Did you forget who I am? Hurry up and go.” Kim Seon Ho playfully acts as if he’s angry, and he says, “You, seriously…”

To the making-of film camera, Kim Seon Ho confesses, “I’m angry. I’m angered that they’re hanging out together,” and Nam Ji Hyun laughs at his jealousy.

The final scene in the video Nam Ji Hyun and D.O. film is the kiss. Although they’re both shy, they create the perfect kiss scene that will steal the viewers’ hearts.
