Watch: Teen Idol Survival "Under 19" Reveals Self-Intro Videos From Contestants And Sneak Peek Of First Episode

In the latest teaser for MBC’s “Under 19,” a new teen idol survival program hosted by actress Kim So Hyun, we get a first look at the premiere of the show. Aspiring singers, rappers, and dancers under the age of 19 perform in front of the celebrity mentors for the first time at the start of their journey to become part of the next global K-pop group.

Crush and EXID’s Solji, Dynamic Duo, and Super Junior’s Eunhyuk have joined the show as vocal, rap, and performance mentors, respectively. TVXQ’s Yunho will also make a special appearance on the show as a special performance mentor.

There are a total of 57 contestants, 19 in each category, who will compete to debut in the final boy group, which will be made up of nine members — the top three contestants from each category.

In the teaser, the contestants literally drop jaws, impressing their mentors and fellow contestants. EXID’s Solji says, “I couldn’t take my eyes off you during the entire performance,” while Eunhyuk remarks that he felt like he was watching a music video.

Self-introductory videos were also released for each of the 57 contestants, who ask viewers for their votes and give a taste of their singing, rapping, and dancing talent.
