f(x)'s Krystal Talks About Her Favorite Parts Of Filming

f(x)’s Krystal talked about her recently concluded drama “Player” in an interview with Seoul Economic Daily.

“Player” is about an elite team of four criminals who join forces to pull off the ultimate heist. Krystal played the role of Chae Ah Ryung, a driver with extraordinary driving skills. Her “girl crush” character was loved by many. She said, “I am grateful to the viewers for their love. I was able to have fun filming a refreshing drama with good people, so it is sad that it is already over. I think I’m going to miss everything for a while.”

In the drama, Krystal acted in various action scenes, such as car chasing and fighting. She commented, “The most memorable thing for me was the car chase and her door-unlocking skill. Chae Ah Ryung unlocked most doors when there were no keys, and there were many times where they were able to get the money because of her, so I remember that the most.”

She added, “The thing I was most concerned during driving was my expression. When Chae Ah Ryung is driving, she is usually in a tense and dangerous situation, but on the other hand, she seems to be enjoying it. I was trying to make sure that her anxiousness and excitement were portrayed well.”

Krystal also expressed her affection for her co-stars Song Seung HeonLee Si Eon, and Tae Won Suk. She said, “It was really nice to be together, and as time went by, we became like siblings. Thanks to them, I was able to act comfortably without being nervous. I hope there will be another opportunity where we can act together.”

When asked if there is another character she would like to play or a different genre she’d like to act in, she replied, “If it’s a good production, and if it’s a good character, I’d like to take on the challenge of any role in the future.”

“Player” ended with its best ratings yet. Check out the finale on Viki below!
