Rookie Group NewKidd Donates First Performance Fee To Charity
NewKidd is showing the spirit of giving for the holidays!
On November 28, their label J-Flo Entertainment announced, “On the afternoon of November 28, NewKidd plans to do volunteer work to share the coal briquettes of love in the neighborhood of Hyeonjeo, Seoul. In response to their desire to spend their first performance fee on good things, they donated their earnings from music show performances for their second preview album ‘BOY BOY BOY’ and started volunteering to share their coal briquettes of love.”
NewKidd and their fans will donate and deliver 800 coal briquettes to low-income homes so that they will have a warm winter.
Leader Jinkwon stated, “We were thinking about what to do with our first performance fees, and we all thought about donating them. We had our first chance to appear on a music show before our official debut, so with that joy we decided to give coal briquettes because we wanted to use the money for good things and share it with our fans. We hope everyone has a warm winter.”
In July, NewKidd released their second preview album “Boy, Boy, Boy” and released their latest track “Shooting Star.” They are currently busy preparing their debut album.
