Kim Heung Gook Found Not Guilty Of Sexual Assault Allegations

Prosecutors have cleared singer Kim Heung Gook of charges of sexual assault due to a lack of evidence.

In March of this year, a woman in her thirties accused Kim Heung Gook of sexually assaulting her. Then in May, the police stated that no evidence could be found that the singer committed an act of sexual assault.

On November 30, the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office found him not guilty due to a lack of evidence. A source related to Kim Heung Gook stated, “Kim Heung Gook was finally cleared of the charges. However, no conclusion has been made yet about charging woman ‘A’ with libel. It is currently in progress.”

The same source also talked about his comeback, saying, “He will need some time before he appears on TV, and he is currently working on a YouTube channel. He’s also preparing new music.”
